We develop these leadership skills in all kinds of employees.
These are individuals in an organization who will take initiative
and use their personal authority to influence change. They may
be hourly or salaried employees, or they may hold a designated
leadership position in the union or on the management team.
Developing the personal capacity for leadership includes learning
about one's self and one's patterns of behavior. Development of
the "self" is a fundamental component of what CKM
Consulting offers leaders. Emotional intelligence (self-awareness,
