Tough Stuff™
Five Consecutive Eight-Hour Days
plus One Three-Day Session or Two Two-Day Sessions

Today's manager's must "manage from the middle," between the two extremes in an organization—executives and labor. Doing this effectively requires a unique set of interpersonal skills, often called "soft skills." These include talking and dealing effectively with difficult people or taking a firm stand on a decision in the face of resistance—not an easy task. These concepts are taught in Tough Stuff training, integrating conceptual learning with a highly experimental format.
