High Performance Leadership Program
25 Days in Five One-Week Modules over Six Months
|
 |
Taught by Brenda Kerr
and Denny Minno |
This program combines current thinking about leadership and human
behavior in organizational and social systems with powerful personal
insights and the skills needed to manage and sustain change. In
this program, theoretical knowledge is combined with skilled practical
application for everyday use in the workplace.
The High Performance Leadership Program focuses on helping participants
more fully develop insight into their own internal processes and
deeply instill a wide range of interpersonal skills, resulting in
highly developed "emotional intelligence."
Graduates will have strong facilitation skills from both a team
member and a leader perspective. They will also gain an understanding
of interpersonal and small group processes and the ability to apply
systemic thinking to workplace issues.
